Achter Col

Achter Col is a term used to describe the part of the spine just below the shoulder blades. It is also sometimes called the middle back. It's made up of seven small bones (vertebrae) connected to each other and your ribcage. Together, these bones support your arms and help you move around comfortably. They also protect the nerves that come right out of your spinal cord. Injury or pain in the achter col can be caused by things like poor posture, lifting heavy objects, or accidents.
