Acitavones

Acitavones are a type of molecule that are found in some plants, like soybeans. They are very tiny and you can't see them with your eyes.

Acitavones are special because they can do different things in our bodies to help us stay healthy. For example, some acitavones can help fight inflammation, which is when parts of our body get swollen and hurt. Other acitavones can help protect our cells from being damaged by things called free radicals, which can cause us to get sick.

Eating foods that have acitavones in them, like soybeans or other types of beans, can be good for us because then we get more of these helpful molecules in our bodies. Some people also take supplements or medicines that have acitavones in them to help them feel better.

So, in summary, acitavones are tiny molecules that come from plants like soybeans, and they can help us stay healthy by fighting inflammation or protecting our cells from damage.
