Active labour market policies

Active labour market policies are steps governments take to help people find jobs and encourage businesses to create jobs. This could include things like trying to match people who are looking for jobs with employers who have jobs, providing training and financial help to unemployed people, or offering tax incentives to businesses that hire people. All of these things help create a healthy economy where people can find work and contribute to their communities.
