Activity-centered design

Activity-centered design means designing things so people can easily use them to do the things they want to do. For example, if you want to buy something online, you need to design a website that makes it easy for people to find what they want, get it in their cart, and check out. So activity-centered design is design that helps people do what they need to do without becoming confused or frustrated.
