Adaptation (computer science)

Adaptation in computer science is when something changes to fit different conditions. For example, if you were playing a video game, you might start with the easiest level, and then the game would gradually get harder as you go on so you can keep playing and improving. This is an example of adaptation, because the game is changing to fit your increasing skill level.
