Adhocracy is a way of organizing a company or an organization where teams of people are free to make decisions and come up with new ideas.
Adhocracy is like a playground where everyone is free to run around, explore and come up with new ideas. In adhocracy, each team is given the freedom to decide how to do things, when to do things, or what to do. It means that everyone has a chance to be creative, take risks and try out new things. It also means that everyone has a chance to share their ideas and experiences with others.
