Advocacy group

An advocacy group is a group of people who come together to fight for a particular cause, like making sure everyone has access to clean water or protecting animals in the wild. Just like how you and your friends might come together to play a game, these people come together to talk about how they can help others and make the world a better place.

These groups might have special names, like "The Clean Water Advocates" or "Save the Elephants!" They might create signs or wear special shirts to show that they are part of the group. They might even talk to important people like politicians or business leaders to try and change things.

Being part of an advocacy group is kind of like being a superhero—except instead of fighting bad guys, they fight for good causes!
