Afanasievo culture
Afanasievo culture is like a big puzzle made from really old things, like bones and tools, that scientists found in a place called Siberia. Long, long, long time ago, before there were buildings and cars, there were people who lived in places where it is very cold and snowy, like Siberia. They had to learn how to make things to help them survive, like clothes to keep them warm and tools to hunt and gather food.
Afanasievo people were one of those groups of people who lived in Siberia a very long time ago, like when giants roamed the earth, and they left behind some clues that scientists found. They found special markers that showed how these people were related to other groups of people who lived far away, like in Europe and Central Asia. They also found that Afanasievo people were one of the first to use copper to make weapons and tools, which was a big deal back then!
