Age of criminal responsibility

Age of criminal responsibility is a law that says when a person can be punished if they have done something wrong. It is usually set to an age between 10 and 18, meaning that if someone is younger than that age they will not be held responsible for their actions. This is because when a person is younger they are still learning right from wrong and are less likely to understand the consequences of their actions.
