Aghor Yoga

Aghor Yoga is a type of ancient meditation practice that originally came from India. It involves focusing your mind and body to help you feel more peaceful and calm.

You know how sometimes when you're feeling upset or worried, your body feels all tense and your mind feels like it's going a million miles an hour? Aghor Yoga can help you slow down those thoughts and feelings so you can relax and feel better.

One of the ways you can practice Aghor Yoga is by doing something called 'awareness meditation'. This is where you sit quietly and focus on your breath – feeling the air move in and out of your nose or mouth. You can also focus on the sounds around you, or the sensations you're feeling in your body.

Whenever you notice your mind starting to wander – thinking about what you want for lunch or what you did over the weekend – you just gently bring your attention back to your breath or your body. It's kind of like training your brain to stay focused and not get distracted by all the thoughts and feelings buzzing around in there.

By practicing Aghor Yoga, you can learn to feel more grounded and centered, which can help you deal with all of life's ups and downs. It's like having a superpower that helps you stay calm and focused, no matter what life throws your way.
