Agile modeling

Agile modeling is like playing with building blocks. We start with a plan in our heads, but things change as we build. So, we make changes as we go along. We try to break our big plan into smaller plans that we build one at a time. We listen to how people react to what we've built and try to make it better for the next time. We do this until we have something that we think is really good. This helps us make things better faster and saves us time and money.
