Aging movement control

Aging movement control is the way your body moves when you get older. As you age, it can become harder to do things like jump, run, or even stand up. You might also find that it takes you longer to get going after sitting still for a while. Aging movement control has to do with how your body changes. It can affect your balance, your strength, and even your coordination. As you get older, muscles might become weaker, and reflexes can slow down. Exercising regularly can help make sure your body still moves well.
