Agriculture in the prehistoric Southwest

Agriculture in the prehistoric Southwest was a way to grow food. People a long time ago in the Southwest would have to find a way to help provide food for themselves and their families. So, they came up with the idea of growing their own food. They would plant seeds, which would eventually become crops like corn, squash, and beans. They would also take care of the crops by watering them, weeding out any unwanted plants, and looking after any pests. They would then use the crops they grew to make their own food and survive.
