Air-ground radiotelephone service

Air-ground radiotelephone service is a way of communicating between people in the air (like a pilot) and people on the ground (like control towers). The pilot can use special radios to talk to people on the ground using their voice. This helps pilots fly safely by getting information from the ground and help the people on the ground talk to the pilot and give them directions.
