Aircraft maintenance

Aircraft maintenance is like taking care of a toy airplane, but a much bigger and more complicated one. Just like how you clean your toys, take off any broken parts and fix them, we need to do the same thing with airplanes. We have to check the engines, the wings, the brakes, the cockpit, the wheels, and every little part of the plane. This is because if any of these parts are not working properly, the plane might not fly properly, and that can be very dangerous for the people in the plane and on the ground. So, just like how you take care of your toys to keep them working, we take care of airplanes to keep them flying safely.
