Airport infrastructure

An airport is a place where people and goods are transported by air. Airport infrastructure includes the buildings, roads, and other stuff needed for the airport to operate. It includes the terminals for passengers, runways for airplanes to take off and land, taxiways for airplanes to move from one place to another, parking garages for cars, and other things like baggage claim areas and shops. All of these things are needed to make sure that people, planes, and cargo can arrive and leave safely and smoothly.
