Al Odah v. United States

So, there's a man named Al Odah and he lives in the United States. The United States government thinks that Al Odah did something wrong, so they put him in jail at a place called Guantanamo Bay.

Al Odah didn't want to be in jail because he said that he didn't do anything wrong. So, he and some other people asked a court to let them go from jail.

The court had to decide if it was okay for the United States government to keep Al Odah in jail. They had to think about a lot of things, like if Al Odah was in danger, if he got a fair trial, and if the United States government was allowed to keep him in jail at all.

It took a long time for the court to decide, but eventually they said that the United States government was allowed to keep Al Odah in jail. Al Odah and the other people who asked to be released were very sad and disappointed because they wanted to go home.
