Alarm management

Alarm management is like having a set of rules for when to set off loud noises. For example, if you wanted to remind yourself to go to bed on time, you might set off a loud noise at a certain time every evening. That loud noise is called an alarm. Alarm management means figuring out how many alarms you should set and when you should set them so that they help you and don't distract you.
