Albany Antifederal Committee

The Albany Antifederal Committee was a group of people in the city of Albany, New York, who didn't like the idea of having a federal government that had more power than the state governments. They wanted the state governments to stay in charge and not have the federal government take control. They wanted to make sure that the people in their state still had the authority to make their own decisions. They thought that if the federal government controlled everything, it would take away the freedom their state had.
