Alberto Vargas

Alberto Vargas was a very famous artist who drew beautiful and colorful pictures of women. He liked to paint them in a way that made them look very pretty and elegant. You know how you draw and color pictures in your coloring book? Well, Alberto Vargas did that too, but he was a really, really good artist who drew some of the most famous people in the world! He was famous for drawing pin-up girls during World War II, which means that he drew pictures of pretty ladies and soldiers liked to look at them to feel happy and remind them of home. Even though he's no longer with us, his pictures still make people happy and famous people still like to have his drawings in their homes.
