Alchevsk

Alchevsk is a city in Ukraine. It is located in the eastern part of the country, near the border with Russia. The city is home to about 70,000 people and is known for its steel plant, which produces around three million tons of steel each year. The city also has a large railway station, which serves as a major transportation hub for the surrounding area. Alchevsk is sometimes called the "Gateway to the East" because of its strategic location on the border.
