Allies of World War II

Allies of World War II were the countries that joined forces to fight against the countries of the Axis Powers in World War II. The Allies included the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the Soviet Union, France, China, and many other countries. Together, the Allies wanted to stop the Axis Powers (which included Germany, Italy, and Japan) from taking over the world. The Allies had more soldiers, ships, weapons, and airplanes, so they were able to defeat the Axis Powers and win the war.
