Alternative media (U.S. political left)

Alternative media is media (television, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc.) that is different than the usual news outlets like Fox News and CNN. Usually, alternative media is made by people with different ideas and opinions than those who work in the mainstream media. The political left in the United States are people who have different views and opinions than those who are on the right. They might be more interested in economic equality and social rights, not religion or patriotism. Alternative media on the political left could be websites, podcasts, or videos that talk about economic equality, social rights, and other issues the political left is interested in.
