American Expeditionary Force, North Russia

The American Expeditionary Force (AEF) was a group of soldiers sent to North Russia during and after World War I. Their mission was to help keep Russian people living near the city of Archangel safe and help them against their enemies. The soldiers fought in cold and harsh conditions, so they needed extra supplies and had to stay warm.
