American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics

The American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics (AOBP) is like a club that makes sure that doctors who specialize in children's health care (called pediatricians) are really good at their job. In order to be a part of this club, the pediatricians have to pass a special test that shows they know a lot about taking care of kids. The AOBP also checks to make sure that the pediatricians keep up with new information about children's health care by requiring them to take classes and learn new things every few years. Basically, the AOBP makes sure that kids have the best doctors possible to help them stay healthy!
