American Revolution Statuary

Statuary is a type of art made out of materials like stone, marble, bronze, and other hard materials. A statuary of the American Revolution is a sculpture or statue that has been made to commemorate the American Revolution, which was a war that happened in the late 1700s in the American colonies. The American Revolution was a fight for independence from Britain, and it led to the formation of the United States of America. Statues and sculptures of important figures from the American Revolution and other important events that happened during this time can be found in public places around the United States, like parks and government buildings. These statues show us and remind us of the sacrifices people made to fight for their independence.
