Angary

Well, imagine if that happened to a whole country, but instead of a toy, it's something very important like their money or food. That's called angary.

Angary means when a country takes something that belongs to another country without permission. It's not a nice thing to do and can make the other country very upset. It's like if someone took your toy and said they needed it more than you did, even though it was yours to begin with.

For example, if one country is having a big emergency, like a natural disaster, and they need medicine or food to help their people, they might ask another country to help them out. But if the other country doesn't want to help, they might take those things from the first country without asking. That's angary and it's not very polite.

So, remember to always ask permission before taking something that doesn't belong to you, even if you think you need it more. It's the respectful thing to do, just like how you would want someone to ask before they take your toy.
