Animal abuse

OK, kiddo, sometimes people are mean to animals and hurt them. We call this animal abuse, and it’s not nice. Animals need us to take care of them, and it’s our job to make sure they are healthy and happy.

Just like how you like to play and have fun, animals also like to play and have fun. But some people don’t give them the things they need, like food, water, and love. This makes the animal sad and can make them sick.

Sometimes people do really awful things to animals, like hitting them or not giving them enough food or water. This is not fair to the animal, and it can hurt them a lot.

But don’t worry, there are lots of people who care about animals and want to help them. There are animal shelters and rescue groups who take care of animals who have been hurt or neglected. And if you ever see someone being mean to an animal, it’s important to tell a grown-up so they can help the animal and make sure they are safe.
