Animal epithet

An animal epithet is a nickname for an animal. It could be a way of describing the animal's appearance or personality, or it could be a made up name. For example, a dog named Fluffy could be given the animal epithet "Soft-Fur Fanatic" because they love to cuddle with their soft fur. It's just like people giving each other nicknames!
