Animality studies

Animality studies is the study of animals and how they interact with humans and the environment around them. Imagine you have a pet dog or cat. They are animals, just like all the other animals we see around us. Scientists who study animality want to learn more about these animals and how people interact with them.

Scientists ask many questions about animals. For example, they might wonder how animals behave differently in captivity versus in the wild, or what makes one animal species different from another. They also question why certain animals are chosen as pets, and how these pets are treated by their owners.

Animality studies is also concerned with how humans impact animals and their environments. Scientists want to know if the way we treat animals affects their health and behaviour, and how that in turn affects the people around them. They might also consider how we use animals to produce food or clothing, and the impact that has on the environment.

In summary, animality studies is the study of animals and how humans interact with them, helping us to better understand our relationship with the natural world.
