Anti-Russian sentiment is when someone doesn't like the country of Russia and the people who live there. This could be because of things like politics or history, or it could just be because someone doesn't like their culture or what Russia stands for. People who have anti-Russian sentiment don't think that Russia should be part of the world community or have any influence.
