Apollos

A pollo is a space ship that was created by America many years ago. It was used to travel all the way to the moon! The Apollo was very big, like a skyscraper, and it had three parts - the cockpit where the astronauts control everything, the service module that helped the spaceship move and provided air and water for the astronauts, and the lunar module where the astronauts would land on the moon. The Apollo spaceship was very important because it allowed humans to go and explore outer space like never before. The Apollo missions ended a long time ago, but they are still remembered and celebrated today!
