Apple Computer, Inc. v. Microsoft Corp.

Apple Computer, Inc. v. Microsoft Corp. was a case about who owned the rights to certain pieces of computer software. Apple argued that Microsoft had copied pieces of their software when making their own, and that this was unfair. Microsoft argued that the pieces of software had been made independently, and that Apple did not have the rights to them. The court decided that Microsoft had, in fact, copied Apple's software, and had to pay Apple money for it.
