Arabi Malayalam script

Arabi Malayalam script is a way of writing the Malayalam language using the Arabic script.

Think of writing as drawing pictures with special symbols. Just like you can draw pictures on paper using a pencil or a pen, different cultures have developed their own set of symbols to write down their language. The standard script for writing Malayalam language is called " Malayalam Script", but Arabi Malayalam is a different way to write the same language.

The Arabi Malayalam script looks similar to the Arabic language writing style. It uses a lot of curves and dots and has some letters that are unique to the Malayalam language. The symbols, which are called letters, are arranged in rows from left to right, just like in Malayalam script and English.

But the big difference between Arabi Malayalam and Malayalam script is that Arabi Malayalam uses the Arabic script, while Malayalam script uses its own unique set of symbols.

Arabi Malayalam script was used in the past to write religious texts like the Quran and other Islamic literature in the Malayalam language. It was also used by some Muslim communities in Kerala, India, to write down their personal and official documents.

So, in summary, Arabi Malayalam is a unique way of writing down the Malayalam language, similar to the Arabic writing style, and it was mainly used for religious and official texts by the Muslim community in Kerala, India.
