Arbëresh language

Arbëresh language, also known as Arbërisht in Albanian, is a special language that people in Italy speak, which is very different from the Italian language that most people there speak. This language developed because many people from Albania moved to Italy a very long time ago - some say as long ago as the 1400s!

These people continued to speak their own Albanian language in Italy, but over time, it mixed with Italian words and became a unique language called Arbëresh. This language is spoken by around 100,000 people in Italy today, who are proud of their unique heritage and language.

Arbëresh language has its own special alphabet, which has letters that are different from the ones used in the Italian and English languages. Some words in Arbëresh are also very different from the words we might use in English or Italian. For example, the word for "thank you" in Arbëresh is "faleminderit," which is very different from the Italian word "grazie."

So, in summary, Arbëresh language is a special language spoken in Italy by people who came from Albania a long time ago. It has its own unique words and alphabet and is an important reminder of the cultural diversity found in Italy.
