Archeoastronomy

Archeoastronomy is when people use things like stars and the moon to answer questions about what happened in the past. It helps us understand how ancient people saw the world, and how they used astronomy to live and make decisions. For example, ancient people might have used the sun and the stars to guide their farming and travel. Archaeoastronomy helps us understand those people and the things they did.
