Architectural management

Have you ever played with building blocks or Legos? Well, imagine that the big buildings that we see in cities are built using these blocks. And the people who design and decide how to use these blocks to build the best and most efficient buildings are called architects.

Now, imagine that these architects are also responsible for making sure that the building blocks are distributed to the right people, that the instructions for building the buildings are clear and that the builders follow the instructions correctly.

This is what architectural management is all about! It is the process of managing the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings, making sure that everything is done efficiently and effectively.

It includes things like planning the buildings, deciding what materials to use, managing the budget, hiring the right people to build it, making sure everyone works together well, and checking that everything is done correctly.

Just like how we need rules to play games, architectural management has rules and standards that need to be followed to make sure everything is safe, sustainable, and meets the needs of the people who will be using the building.

So, the next time you see a big building and wonder how it was built, remember that there were architects and architectural managers working hard behind the scenes to make it all happen!
