Art critic

Okay kiddo, an art critic is someone who writes about art so that other people can understand it better. Just like how we talk about things we like or don't like, an art critic talks about the art they've seen and tells people what they think about it.

So imagine we're looking at a painting together, and I'm the art critic. I might tell you what I like about the painting, or what I think the artist was trying to say. I might also tell you if I don't like something about it.

But being an art critic isn't just about saying if you like a painting or not, it's also about helping other people understand what's going on in the painting. Sometimes there's a message or a story behind it, and the art critic can help explain that to people who might not have understood it at first.

So while being an art critic might seem like just talking about paintings, it's really about helping people understand and appreciate art better.
