Arts administration means that there are people who help make sure that art events and activities happen properly. Just like how a teacher runs a classroom, or a chef runs a kitchen, arts administrators run art organizations, like museums, theaters, and music groups. They help make sure things run smoothly and everyone knows what to do. They also help manage things like money, schedules, and advertising. So, when you go to see a play, or visit a museum, there are people behind the scenes making sure everything happens the way it should. That's arts administration!
