The Aryan Games were an Olympic-style sporting event created in the early 1900s by Nazis in Germany. The Games were meant to celebrate a "master race" of people they called "Aryans", who they believed to be superior to all other races. The Aryan Games included competitions such as track and field, wrestling, fencing, and swimming. The Nazis hoped that the Games would show how strong and powerful the Aryan race was compared to all other races. However, the Games were eventually cancelled when Hitler came to power in Germany.
