Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance

Okay, so you know how there are lots of different kinds of people in the world? Some people are from Asia or the Pacific Islands, which is a huge area with lots of different countries and cultures. Sometimes, these people don't always get treated fairly at work or have the same chances to get good jobs or fair pay as other people.

That's where the Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance (APALA) comes in. It's like a big group of people who want to make sure that Asians and Pacific Islanders who work hard get the same chances and fair treatment as everyone else. They work to make sure that laws and policies are fair and that people know their rights. They also help people find good jobs and get training to improve their skills.

Basically, APALA is a group that helps make things fair for people from Asia and the Pacific Islands when it comes to working and getting paid.
