Asian cuisine

Asian cuisine is a type of food that comes from countries in Asia like China, Japan, Korea, and Thailand. It's yummy and can be different from the food you might eat at home.

Asian food uses lots of ingredients like rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, and spices. Sometimes they use sauces like soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, or fish sauce.

People in Asia like to cook their food in different ways too. Sometimes they fry it, sometimes they steam it, and sometimes they stir-fry it.

Popular dishes from Asia include sushi, which is rice and fish wrapped in seaweed, dumplings which a small piece of dough filled with vegetables, meat or both and dim sum, which are small bite-sized dishes usually served in little baskets.

There are also sweet treats like mochi, which is rice flour filled with sweet stuff like ice cream or red bean paste, and mango sticky rice which is sweet rice mixed with coconut milk and served with fresh mango.

Overall, Asian cuisine is really delicious and there are lots of yummy dishes to try!
