Association for Volunteer Administration

Okay kiddo, so you know how sometimes people like to help out and do good things for others, right? Well, there are groups of people called volunteers who like to do this on a regular basis.

Now, imagine that there are some big people in charge of all the volunteers in a city or even a whole country. These important people help the volunteers connect with different organizations that need their help, like groups that help the homeless, animals, or the environment.

This group of big people is called the Association for Volunteer Administration, or AVA for short. They help make sure that volunteers get connected with the organizations that need them the most and that everything runs smoothly. They also give advice and training to people who lead volunteer programs, so that they can do a good job too.

So basically, the AVA is like the big boss helping all the volunteers and organizations work together to make the world a better place!
