Asteraceae

Asteraceae is a family of flowering plants. It is also known as the daisy family because many of the plants in this family have white petals and yellow centers, just like the pretty daisies we might see in gardens. Other plants in the Asteraceae family include sunflowers, marigolds, and asters.
