Asylum seekers are people who have to leave their home country because they are in danger. They come to another country, usually a safe one, to stay. Refugee children are children of asylum seekers who are still too young to make their own decisions about their lives. They are often scared and uncertain about their lives and might not feel very motivated or hopeful. Apathetic refugee children are refugee children who seem to not care or be interested in doing things. They might not be motivated to go to school, play outside, or even talk to other people. It can be hard for them to adjust to their new lives as refugees and it's important for adults to listen to them and help them process their emotions.
