Asymmetric competition

Asymmetric competition happens when two people or things have unequal power, skills, or resources when they are competing with each other. It can be like a little kid playing a game against an adult, since the kid isn't as strong or has less experience, the adult usually has the advantage. It can also happen when companies compete with one another, if one company is much bigger or has more money, they may have more advantages and the competition won't be even.
