Atira asteroid

An atira asteroid is a type of a rocky object in space. They are very small, which makes them difficult to find. They do not follow the path of the planets and other objects as closely as most other asteroids. Atira asteroids orbit closer to the sun than any other type of asteroid. This means that they pass close to the Earth, and can sometimes come very close to us.
