Attack marketing

Attack marketing is when one company tries to convince customers that another company's product is not as good as their own. It's like when you and your friends are arguing about who has the coolest toy, and you say your toy is better because it glows in the dark and your friend's toy doesn't.

In the real world, companies use attack marketing to convince people to buy their product instead of their competitors. They might say things like "Our shampoo is better than theirs because it won't make your hair feel greasy like theirs does" or "Our fast food is better than theirs because we use fresh ingredients and they don't."

Sometimes, companies will even make fun of their competitors in their ads or on social media. They might use silly pictures or jokes to make people laugh and remember their product instead of their competitor's.

But even though it might seem like a game, companies have to be careful when they use attack marketing. They can't say things that aren't true, and they can't be mean or hurtful to their competitors. Just like how you have to be nice to your friends even if you don't agree with them.
