Attempts to overturn the 2020 United States presidential election

Okay kiddo, so you know how we have a president and we vote for him every four years? Well, in 2020, a man named Joe Biden won the most votes and became the new president.

But some people didn't like that and thought that the election was not fair, even though there was no evidence of that. They tried to get the votes in some states to be counted again, or to stop the certification of the election results.

They even went to court many times, but the judges said there wasn't enough proof of any wrongdoing. Even the US Supreme Court said that the case to overturn the election didn't have enough evidence.

In the end, Joe Biden was still the winner and he was inaugurated as president on January 20, 2021. So, even though some people tried really hard to change the results, it didn't work because our laws and courts are fair and just.
