Axle track

When you have a toy car or truck, you might notice that it has wheels that are connected to something called an axle. The axle is basically like a long stick that goes through the middle of the wheels and helps them spin together.

Now, imagine you have a toy car with big wheels and a long axle. If you measure the distance between the middle of the two wheels, that distance is called the axle track. The axle track tells you how far apart the wheels are from each other.

Axle track is an important thing to think about when you're designing a car or truck, because it can affect how the vehicle moves and handles. If the wheels are too close together, the vehicle might be less stable and more likely to tip over. But if the wheels are too far apart, the vehicle might be harder to steer and turn.
